For most images, the file sizes are larger than what most email accounts will accept.  We can accept files up to 10MB through email, but if you are in doubt, please use our online Dropbox below.

Our interface is simple, just click on the link above and you will be taken to our dropbox where you can attach any number of digital files individually or in a compressed folder, up to 2GB in size.  Folders of files can be compressed in STUFF (.sit) or ZIP (.zip) format.



Photo and Artwork Submissions

If you are not planning on uploading digital artwork files to us, you may provide us with prints or printed pieces to scan for use in your designs. If you are providing us with printed material to scan, please be aware that the scan will result in a print image quality that is not as good as the original.

 

Acceptable digital file formats are:

  • JPG (Maximum Quality - at least 300 dpi at approximately the finished size)
  • EPS
  • TIFF (300-350 dpi)
  • BMP (1200 dpi)
  • PDF (Prepress Quality)
  • MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL & POWER POINT - text only from these programs, no graphics

 

File formats we will not accept:

 

  • GIF (These are typically web quality and not print quality)
  • MICROSOFT PUBLISHER, WORKS, WORD PERFECT
  • IMAGES PULLED FROM A WEBSITE

 

Although these formats are acceptable to some printing firms, they do not result in finished product that meets with our quality standards and, therefore, will not meet your expectations.

 

A Note About Digital Cameras

Most cameras sold within the last 3 years will produce high quality images suitable for printing.  Some low-end models may not. Please set your camera to the highest quality/size setting possible and, if you are in doubt, please contact us by phone or email and we can walk you through it.
